Such a lovely inn. The inn is old, the floors at a slant, the hallways narrow but it's to be expected. It is 150+ years old. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The shower was new and spotless...

This is a small inn right in the best part of downtown Newport. The rooms and inn were emacullat with a modernized bathroom. The room was a little small but had a king sized bed, tv, A/C...

great breakfast with many delicious options, comfortable bed, cheerful and courteous kitchen staff. Room was nice and quaint. Great location But the noise from the street kept us awake all night!
