Smooth check-in, nice rooms and close to everything in Newport

One of my favorites in Newport. Great staff, good breakfast with yummy lots of options as well as hot options. Rooms has coffee makers and a refrigerator, tv. We stayed in the main building in which the rooms are clean with rather small but clean bathrooms with clean bedding and towels. Always fresh coffee, great location just in the middle of everyting, also stayed in one of the apartments which was a suit with a balcony, table and kitchen, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, if you stay longer these apartments are much more comfortable with a kitchen inside. I truly recommend America’s Cup inn, we loved it.

The hotel is old, hallways aren't very attractive but rooms are actually very nice. They had TV, Very comfortable bed and pillows, refrigerator, iron ironing board, waters and toiletries. The tea set up in the early evening with nibbles is offered and morning breakfast included was great lots of choices. Fruit, breads, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt cereal etc. Juices and milk and coffee. Great location and quiet.
