We scheduled months in advance for Mizzou's homecoming weekend to try to get a decent rate and was so happy when we did. Then they cancelled our reservation months afterward. When we called to see why the reservation was cancelled, they said Expedia called and cancelled it, except we booked directly with points not through Expedia. They had us talk to 4 different people who basically did nothing about the error but offer our points back, so we were left without our room. At the time of the cancellation, the rates when up 4x from what we booked it for. Terrible customer service! Scammy practice of bait and switch. Then to lie about what happened only because they want to sell the room at a much higher price. Shameful!!!
