Old reliable! This facility is well kept with clean rooms. King beds and spacious rooms. I like that the mini fridge has a freezer for my ice blocks in my cooler. Breakfast has a variety of foods to choose from. Hot and cold cereal. Various breads to toast. Fruit. Juices. I always leave well fed.

Convenient to I-95. Older motel but reasonably well maintained. Some potholes in parking access need attention. Walls and furnishings appeared clean and fresh. The bathroom floor could have been cleaner but it was better than one of the neighboring hotels I used on my trip north.

We were happy with the HoJo for our one-night stay. While the rooms need some updating of carpeting, etc., they were clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot, so that's what we mostly needed for a stopover. I really liked that the mini fridge has a separate freezer compartment big enough to refreeze your cold packs. Coffee/tea capability in the room is always appreciated. The breakfast is minimal, nothing hot, but that is to be expected at their price point, which is good -- why spend more when it's just to sleep? Staff is friendly, too.
