TownePlace Suites Greenville Haywood Mall

The manager and all four staff members I encountered were rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. The place was extremely dirty, and I can understand why it has such a low rating. I would never recommend staying here. Do not stay here.

Service Location was outstanding especially for last minute

All dirty: parking lot, foyer, elevator, rugs, coffee counter. Didn’t trust that the room was clean. Pubic hair in shower, terrible pillows, choked on air freshener smell, traffic sounds very loud, desk clerk just hacking out a living…God bless him. Thank goodness was there was no free breakfast.
