Bluewater Resort and Marina by Spinnaker

All of the front desk agents, especially Michelle we're very pleasant and welcoming. When the stay starts off this way, it has a much better chance of continuing this way. The spirit of the trip was dampened by the experience at the preview center. We were to have a welcome as new owners, and workshop. It was an exceedingly long sales ordeal that dampened our visit.

I had an amazing stay at Blue Water with my husband Daniel from Aug 30 to Sep 6! The unit was great, with plenty of space and excellent amenities. We really enjoyed the social activities, especially kayaking, and the live music during the wine and cheese event on Friday. Michelle at the front desk was absolutely adorable, friendly, and funny, and really made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay at Blue Water again!

I went to the Korn Ferry Tournament near Denver last July and won a trip to Hilton Head through Spinnaker Resorts in a raffle. I was told I won a 5 day/ 4 night stay, for up to 4 people, discounted golf rates and $100 entertainment card. I was super excited for this prize as a golfer and golf coach. Was excited to also share my experience with my students and others who follow my social media. I booked my trip yesterday for October and was told I have to attend a timeshare meeting to receive my discounted golf and entertainment card. They asked me invasive questions about my personal life like my income and living situation. I was never disclosed any of this information in the last year since winning this through a RAFFLE PRIZE until now. My family has Timeshare and they've had it for 20 something years. I know what those meetings are like and I didn't want to go through this. I called today to ask if I could still attend my trip without going to the meeting and was told by a rude customer service agent that if I don't go to the meeting, I cannot stay at the hotel or enjoy my package. I ended up canceling my trip because this is a rip-off. You can't have a raffle, tell someone they won something without disclosing all the terms and conditions and then take it away from them when you refuse to partake in a Timeshare meeting that was sneaked in there. I feel conned, ripped off and also disappointed about no longer having a trip. I do not recommend this company at all and if you ever see them at an event, make sure to ask everything before accepting a prize.
