Park Lane Hotel & Condominiums

I made a reservation through Monster Vacations today. Maybe I called the Palmera Inn and Suites too soon after making the reservation. I made the call to find out the hotel's features and dining options, but since the customer service person who answered the phone was somewhat short answers and borderline rude. I am going to wait 48 hours to allow the reservation to go through. Monster reservations advised me to wait 48 hours for my confirmation email before I call anyone to confirm the reservation. I was just trying to get an idea of what the hotel experience would be like before it was too late to change hotels.

The hotel has relatively big rooms for fair price. But everything here is just a little too old, rusty and smelly…a renovation is overdue!

We stayed in a 3rd floor unit which was two story. It had a spacious 2 bathroom layout with a mini kitchen. I’d say this is a perfect place to stay for couples or families. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was clean as was the lobby. The breakfast had a lot of options. The negatives were that the balconies were not swept or chairs cleaned off regularly. Also there is a light on the staircase in the 2story unit that is glaring at night. If you like it dark this would not be a place for you. Overall. It is a great value spot for a centrally located stay.
