This has to be to most out dated, moldiest, rusted, non-working equipment of a hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
With Hilton Honors, my wife and I were very disappointed. Customer Service is great but the rooms, elevator, food, and pool are disgusting and does’t seem to work properly.

Our stay was very much a mixed bag. Once the miscues were handled, it was excellent.
First, the perennial problem - feather-free pillows. It was on my reservation and I called in advance. When I got there, it was not done. The front desk notified housekeeping. When we went to the room, five of eight pillows were down. Housekeeping never came. A couple of hours later we called. Still nothing. Finally, around 8 p.m., I went downstairs and complained again. Eventually, they arrived.
Then we discovered the TV didn't work - more accurately, it only displayed the HBO guide. On the first day, we said nothing. Then, we called and maintenance sent two men up. They played with the set but came to the realization that the box was bad and said it would be fixed the next day while we went to the pool. That never happened. We complained again. Eventually, that too was repaired.
Then there were the elevators. I texted to the hotel when we were on an elevator that just stopped and descended to the lower level - twice. In total, three of four were out of service at some point during our stay.
Then the pool. Twice in a week towels didn't arrive until 10:15 or later, although they open the pool at 9. No one seemed to know why, and the attendant, while pleasant, did not speak much English.
Then there was the gift shop, which declined my room charge for a T-shirt for unknown reasons that had us going over yet again to the front desk.
To their credit, the hotel staff (managers Jeff and Terry) did try to make amends. Terry, in fact, was going to try to have a procedure for the feather-free pillows, a problem that has plagued me many times over the years (we first came to this hotel 33 years ago and have returned here or the adjacent Embassy Suites many times).
But, when you set that aside, it is still an excellent hotel that we enjoy coming to. But, you first have to survive the hassles to have the wonderful experience.
