Wanted to give a shout out to Sophia who works in the morning at the complimentary breakfast; when we didn’t like the 2% milk she went and got us whole milk (without asking!). Also, we got to breakfast right at 10 am when they were closing, but she went in the back and got us some scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage links to go! She was sooo sweet and so helpful and friendly and smiling! We appreciated her mother like instincts and hospitality.

Very disappointing and not worth the price. This hotel is extremely run-down, dated, and unfortunately very dirty. The only things that appeared clean were the sheets and towels. The kitchen cabinets were dusty and covered with splatters, and the refrigerator opened in the opposite direction, making it awkward to use. The dining table had sticky stains on it. There was no toaster in the room—we had to ask for one—and there were only two forks, one of which was warped. The air-conditioning unit in the bedroom rattled constantly. The elevators were filthy, smelled bad, and looked like they were falling apart. The hallways had old, dirty carpeting, while the walls were dusty, stained, and visibly neglected. The stairwells were even worse—extremely dirty, stained, and smelled terrible. I honestly wish I had read the customer reviews more carefully before booking. I would never have paid over C$200 per night for a place in this condition. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. The property is in serious need of cleaning, maintenance, and renovation.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Definitely not worth the price. Here are the main issues my family had during our stay from Aug 1-4, 2026: 1. Common areas not clean. Clearly not vacuumed in months or years. 2. Outdated furniture in rooms 3. Pools did not look clean 4. Lazy river is a joke. Small circular pool at best. 5. Worn out furniture on balcony 6. Rooms need deep cleaning, painting, and updates (and I was apparently in an “updated” room) 7. Raggedy elevators. I said a prayer every time I got on one 8. Subpar maintenance like broken door frame, drawers that won’t close 9. Filthy carpets/ bathroom rugs 10. No generator! Electricity went out for 2 hours one evening and hotel only had a generator for the elevators. When we first got there, I was tempted to forego my hotel money and book a different hotel but stayed only because my other family members were staying at this hotel and we wanted to be in the same hotel out of convenience. This hotel is not cheap but it’s run like a cheap roadside motel. Don’t waste your money.
