12/11/2023 Condos are in bad need of updating furniture, linens and towels. No Security, poor lighting, insufficient parking. We are time share owners and confirmed our yearly reservations with “management” weeks ago and condo was prepaid. We arrived today at check in time 4:00 pm, and no staff or management were there. So we couldn’t get the keys. We had to go to a Hotel because the phone numbers are bogus now and the message box is full and outgoing message says they aren’t receiving calls at this time? The phone numbers listed on their website are 843 449 7484 and 843 274 1685, but no one answers. The address is: Ocean Forest Colony 5900 N. Ocean Blvd. Myrtle Beach, SC 29577
