Paradise428422

We stayed from 19 to 24 March 2026 a TERRIBLE experience the room invaded by cockroaches made our holiday a living hell. One night at 3:00 we were even forced out of the petche' room we had cockroaches in bed. No assistance no change of room no nothing. We asked for a sanitization that he says was done but the cockroaches were always present on the floor, in the bed, on the walls. We asked for a refund but the owner / manager offered to return $100 against $600 spent a derisory refund compared to the inconvenience caused. I attach photos because I can't send the movie DO NOT GO!!
