If I could give this property **zero stars, I would.** This was one of the most disappointing places we've ever stayed, and I would never recommend it to anyone. We had **six guests** staying from Monday through Saturday, yet we were provided only **six towels and two washcloths** for the entire stay. When we requested additional towels, we were told it would cost **$35**. We were also informed that requesting more than two rolls of toilet paper, additional trash bags, or other basic supplies would result in another **$35 fee**. We ultimately had to go out and purchase our own toilet paper and trash bags just to make it through our stay. To make matters worse, guests are expected to take all of their own trash to the dumpster. I understand that every property has different policies, but when you charge hotel prices and have housekeeping staff, it's frustrating to be expected to do so much of the cleaning ourselves. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There were cobwebs throughout the room, puzzle pieces scattered all over the closet floor, crumbling walls, and a ceiling that clearly needs repair. We have a two-year-old, so we had to pick up the puzzle pieces ourselves because any parent knows a toddler would immediately pick them up and put them in their mouth. That should never have been a concern in a room that was supposedly cleaned before our arrival. The room itself was uncomfortable. The air conditioning units do not keep the rooms cool like you would expect, and the bathroom has little to no airflow, making it hot and uncomfortable. The water pressure was extremely poor, and the shower water never seemed to get properly cool or cold. The laundry facilities were another disappointment. The sign on the fourth floor states that you can use the laundry app if you don't have cash, so we added money to the app. Only after doing so did we discover that the fourth-floor machines don't even accept app payments—only the machines on the eighth and twelfth floors do. The posted instructions are inaccurate and ended up wasting both our time and money. The parking garage is another major issue. If you drive anything larger than a small SUV—or even a vehicle that's a little wider or longer, like a GMC Acadia—good luck getting past the first level. Unless you find a spot on the first deck, navigating the garage is extremely difficult. Overall, this property was dirty, poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and frustrating from beginning to end. Between the extra charges for basic necessities, having to buy our own supplies, the lack of cleanliness, misleading information, and the numerous maintenance issues, this stay was far from enjoyable. **Save yourself the money, time, and frustration and stay somewhere else. We will absolutely never be back.**

The unit itself is a well-laid-out 1-bedroom with a full kitchen, which made the stay feel far more like a private coastal residence than a standard hotel room. Having the ability to cook, relax, and truly settle in added a level of comfort you don’t always find in beach properties. What really sets this experience apart is how smoothly everything comes together. The team behind Oceana Resorts keeps things running in a way that feels organized, responsive, and dependable, exactly what you want when you’re away from home. There’s a sense of consistency that makes the entire stay feel easy. Between the view, the functionality of the space, and the overall flow of service, Unit 708 stands out as a strong choice for anyone wanting a true oceanfront experience without the usual hassle. Would absolutely return. Highly recommended 5 stars all the way!
