North Shore Villas by Elliott Beach Rentals

I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for many years used many different companies. This one is the absolute worst!! First, you can't check-in till 3 pm -7 pm even though the condo is ready they won't tell you is till after 6 pm. Second, I realize all places can have unexpected issues it's how they are dealt with. The locks on the condo didn't work. The keys would get stuck and not come out. We called the office right away they said ” you will have to come back to the office for a new set”. I said absolutely not you made us wait for 3 hrs to get into the condo that was ready when we arrived and now you want me to come all the way back to u? So they came with a key about 3 hrs later it did the same thing. The man says will have to call a locksmith as he's walking toward the elevator. Sunday comes and goes no locksmith. Mind you someone in my family has to stay in the condo at all times cause the keys gets stuck in the door. Monday comes I call again said they will send someone, no one came. Tuesday called again said someone is coming, no one came. Wednesday call again they said someone will be there today and will have to make arrangements to get the new key. Took the man 10 min to be in new locks. 5 days of my family vacation was ruined because someone had to stay in the condo at all times. The company gave me $189.00 back and said I will get free housekeeping and linen with my next stay. Well, I will never stay with this company Elliott Beach Rentals ever again. I advise you all to find a different company. 5 days of my vacation were ruined by locks that took 10 min to fix. Trust me use someone else.

Took the family and some of our daughter's friends for a week at NMB. We stayed in a corner unit, 801. Grand Strand Resorts was very easy to work with. We opted for early check in and got it a 10:30am. This unit was very nice. I liked the fact that the entire, main living space was either tile or laminate flooring. There are many upgrades that are not reflected in the unit photos on rental sites. The showers all have amazing pressure. We stayed mid July and never had an issue with parking, elevators, or beach space. There were even chairs available at all times at the pool. We would definitely rent this unit again!

This is our second time staying at this complex and in the same unit. We loved it so much last year that we booked it while we were checking out. We purchased early checkin through Grand Strand Resorts and they texted us at 11:20 saying our unit was ready. It was so nice to get in early and have plenty of luggage carts and grocery carts available. By 2Pm we have unloaded, went to Kroger to load up for the week, and back at the condo headed down to the beach. The owners have recently replaced the couch, a chair, and added 2 new balcony chairs. All appliances are newer than what is in the pics and all worked flawlessly. The view of course is fabulous! There is ample parking the the attached parking garage. There are no other large complexes beside this one so the beach does not get overly crowded. Plenty of room for everyone. We love North Shore Villas and will definitely be staying here again.
