Horrible customer service (Manager). Had a family member book a room in March through his company’s travel. After booking he was then notified that since he wasn’t yet 25 he would not be able to check in. He contacted the hotel and was advised he would be refunded. He received an email from the hotel saying the charges would be reversed. This has not yet happened and after numerous attempts to contact management he has been ghosted.

The place is a dump! The furniture and kitchen is from the 70’s; stained and falling apart. They are renovating putting new doors and rails on…lipstick on a pig. They failed to tell us about the renovations and it was a disaster trying to sleep in a construction zone. At the end of our stay, tons of young adults moved in and the place was unbearable…security did nothing about them partying and yelling til way past 4 am despite repeated calls to the desk. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

1st year owner through Capital Vacations. I like the overall approach they appear to offer, unlike some other more prominent timeshare corps. This coming week will the be the 1st opportunity to experience the new aquisition. So far, so good. Enjoyed last year and looking forward to next week
