Great place to extend our NY summer season. Nice unit with full kitchen and washer and dryer, plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby.

Staff there was great - especially Carrie! Enjoyed the amenities and room.

Shore Crest does NOT have ADA Complaint rooms or if they do, your staff was negligent and did not give us the correct room. Either way Bluegreen needs to take responsibility for the lies and harm caused to us with the dedgrading manner we have been treated. My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair. The amount of planning necessary to travel is full of stumbling blocks because so many places people go have no wheelchair access. Bluegreen was aware of our situation and the type of ADA accommodations needed. We were promised and reassured that all the things we wanted; locations, views, ease of booking, to name a few, were not a problem. But a bathroom that with wheelchair access was a minimal requirement, which Shore Crest did not provide! We are not rich and we work hard for what we have. Bluegreen lied about the resort locations and ADA compliance and availability. Bluegreen lied and deceived us and took our money and the timeshare was nothing like what we were told when they sold it to us. Now we cannot afford to even take any vacations because our trip budget goes to Bluegreen. We want our money back. We do not want your timeshare. Close our contract #2973694.
