Comfort Inn - Ridgeland

This motel is NOT clean!!! They put me in a room and I wasn't there even 5min and there was a roach crawling on the door and the 1 chair they had in the room was FILTHY!! Run, run, run DO NOT STAY HERE!! The "indoor" pool was closed l.. I wouldn't dare touch the water anyway, would not have trusted it was safe to get in. This motel needs to be shut down!!!

Phone in room didn’t work to call desk about no WiFi, inside pool always has a sign saying Closed for Maintenance, no outside pool, ice maker broken. The only positive thing about this place were the front desk ladies who were so very nice. This hotel is a disgrace to the Choice Hotels brand. Like all the other foreign owned hotels we’ve stayed at, they don’t keep their hotels up to standard in order to save money! Not even a chair in our “suite” even though there is room for one!

It does not match the description at all. The staff partially deserves a higher rating, but arriving with children and seeing an abandoned backyard with a pool filled with cement, I cannot leave a positive review. The set of shampoos in the room was partially used or had visible dirt inside the bottles. The interior latch on the front door was broken, the sink barely drained, and the bed linen was completely synthetic and unpleasant to the touch.
