My Husband and I stayed there in a king sized room one night on February 13th, 2026 and it was an unpleasant stay.and I do not recommend staying here at all. Upon first look at the room it wasn't terrible but as we looked around there was dried spills and dirt on the floor in a few spots, dirt in several spots, spill stains and stuff on the walls in places, black stuff along the ceiling and top of a wall, the sink counter was dirty, the mini fridge was gross and made noise all night, the drawers in the dresser were disgusting and had stains all in it, and one of the nightstand drawers was broken, the toilet paper holder kept coming out of the wall when we went to get the toilet paper. We saw several roaches and had to keep the light on to keep the bugs at bay while we sleep. The bed itself wasn't bad but because of the roaches had a horrible nights rest, the heater in our room was broken and wasn't working so it was a cold night, and the phone wasn't working. The walls were paper thin so we heard everything going on outside and next door. I will say the staff was friendly and they did upgrade us to the king because there was an error and had a smoking room when we should of had a non-smoking room so that was changed to a non smoking room but that is the only nice thing I can say about this place. I would avoid this hotel stay and i will never stay in this place again.

Non smoking room WREAKED of smoke. We had to move the entertainment center to plug in refrigerator. There were strange black particles, (big clumps) outside and the inside room. Then we found a roach in the bathroom and left. Paid for 3 nights, stayed less than 15 minutes and could only get 2 nights back. But I guess not leaving with cockroaches was worth losing that money.

It was the worst night I spent at an accommodation. The place looks good in pictures, but upon arrival, it appears neglected and smells awful 🤢. The bathroom was clearly in need of cleaning, the toilet seemed to have been used before, and the faucet didn't work properly. Additionally, the room was non-smoking, yet it reeked strongly of smoke. During the night, I could hear someone trying to open my door; being alone, this terrified me. I couldn't sleep well. The air conditioning made a loud noise. Overall, everything was terrible, and I have no intention of ever returning. I do not recommend it, and if I could, I would give it a zero rating.
