College Inn Spartanburg

I just like to make a review for the service in the College In-Spartanburg, I would like to rate, the service made by the Manager at this facility, Mr. Patel as EXCELLENT ! his professionalism and service attitude impressed me. Room 107 He deserves this recognition, Best regards, Julio Estrada

The picture showing the rooms are very misleading. I saw picture and knew it was next to a very good college, I thought it would be great. It was a disaster. Room was clean and had hot water, the bed was lumpy, 3 pillows were,hard, harder and hardest. Breakfast might have been free but it was a laugh.No cups in room had to go to front desk and got 3 cups that had logo "Holiday Inn Express"! ( if I were HIE I would sue). The air conditioner was noise as well as the guest. The guest looked like hobos or poor immigrants no insult to anyone intended.

I stayed for a night. Before checking in, I was offered to take a look at the room. It was clean, and I think it was a fair deal for the price. The breakfast was plain: coffee, bagels, cereal, apple juice.
