Conni, the general manager, was very helpful. She showed us our room before we checked in, gave us advice about the town, told us where we could park.

The staff was VERY helpful! Tina answered all my questions and was so friendly. The hotel is definitely dated, although the room was comfortable. The place does have a restaurant that belongs to the hotel. Great breakfast. Not real great dinner. Looks like the hotel is trying to install a hot tub. That would be nice for the cooler nights. Lots of motorcycle traffic but, it's the week before Sturgis. Price was fair. I wouldn't have a problem staying here again. I just can't say enough how friendly the staff was. Thanks Tina.

Hate giving poor reviews was told A/C was out on the we checked out after 3 days, think we would of been offered a discount? NO. Now I do give the restaurant a 5 star because the food was awesome and reasonable. However the last morning there the waiter not sure what his name was finally gave me my orange juice after I finished eating, my daughter needed silverware and he never brough them even though we asked four times for the silverware and my orange juice. On top of that I order two chil rellenos and he brought out corned beef hash and as witnesses my two daughters did hear me say two chili rellenos. Luckily I do like corned beef hash but still was not a pleasant experience on our last breakfast there. First time in my 55 years that I did not leave a tip. I would recommend staying here but make sure the A/C is working because it was very hard to sleep at night and do not accept a discount. Still would of been nice to get some sort of discount because of the A/C. It was like she didnt care at all. We go to Deadwood twice a year and they lost a valuable customer. WIll still eat there thougg long as that waiter is not there.
