Burt was an excellent Host when we arrived. He was very professional and handled, several customers at the same time while answering the phones by himself. He was patient and kind and went beyond helping each customer. Including fixing a broken TV after we settled into our room. This man did it all and deserves to be recognized for his professionalism.

Over priced. Run down facility. Slow staff/not eager to help.

checking in was very very slow. One person at the front desk and there was a long line with people waiting to check in. The room has been completely updated which was nice. I couldn't get logged into the wi-fi on my computer, front desk said my notebook was too old? I had never had this problem before staying here. Anyway, i worked around that with a mobile hotspot and got online that way. The breakfast was very nice! Good selection of items.
