Radisson Hotel Rapid City/Mt. Rushmore

It was okay. For location convenience, it’s excellent. However, pillows were not comfortable, toilet leaked and the walls are paper thin. Staff was nice enough though.

On paper its a great hotel, Central location, walking distance to town, bars, restaurants. Rooms ok, nothing special but clean & functional. Restaurant great & good value, but breakfast basic. What they don't tell you if that the 'polar' express runs by multiple times a night, hooting & tooting endlessly. Unless you can sleep through a hurricane, give it a wide berth. We moved to 3 rooms over 4 nights each time we were promised it was quieter & each time no better. We checked out early. They are fully aware of the issue & regularly move guests but fail to mention this on their website. Worst 4 nights sleep ever!

Hotel does NOT have safes in rooms. Not all rooms have dressers. I room did not. No pls e yo put your clothes. No refrigerators in rooms either
