Days Inn Wall

Well, this hotel was average. The workout room was dated and the sauna didn’t really ever get hot after waiting about 30 minutes for it to heat up. The beds were comfortable and it wasn’t too noisy. As much as I appreciate the individual shampoo and conditioner bottles, ours were best by 12/25 (we visited September 2026) which felt a bit off. The shower was very slow to drain as well. But for a holiday weekend near a tourist town, it was not bad for the price. The breakfast had waffles, yogurt, cold cereal, trail mix containers, white and chocolate milk, hard boiled eggs, and packaged apple and orange juice. The room did have a faint smoke smell.

Breakfast was bland and the machines were out of order more often than not. Front desk tried to keep up but constant breakdowns were more than they could handle. Outdoor trash piled up and stunk for days. The rooms were clean and quiet but the shower was a hazard. Easy to slip in. Great location though. We would only stay there again as a third choice.

For $200+ a night, we expected better. We knew it wouldn't be fancy, but just not great. Room was clean, but had a clogged tub.
