First of all, I paid for a handicap accessible room… We walked in and it was very stinky and very dirty. The bed was broken. I could not fit my walker in between the beds. There was not enough grab bars, and there was no seat for the shower. I was very disgusted and unimpressed. 10 out of 10 do not recommend it was nasty

We spent four nights while attending the South Dakota American Legion Convention. The hotel has received a nice remodel and our room was nicely furnished and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The convention area was also clean and nicely furnished. The theater room is a great asset to the hotel. My one wish would have been a softer bed. But you can’t please everyone. I look forward to a return trip. Travel safe…

Our recent stay in Watertown was to attend our son’s wedding. The Ramkota staff were very efficient and helpful in scheduling the block of rooms for our guests, check-ins went smoothly, and room requests were met for those who needed to be near each other or on the ground floor. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Minerva's Restaurant is a part of the complex and was easily accessible for the rehearsal dinner and a Sunday morning brunch. Notably, Deb went above and beyond when she provided cooler storage for the 30 freshly baked pies we arrived with! Her assistance with labeling, transporting, and storing them eased our schedule and allowed us to relax and enjoy the festivities. Would highly recommend!
