HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL & SUITES WATERTOWN

I don’t mind old and plain but dirty, stained and nasty I can’t handle! This place was so bad , we left and paid for a different hotel in spite of having to pay for this one. Repeated calls to the manager were made but he was always out or busy! I don’t know how BW can let their name be associated with this place. I don’t know how anyone could give this place a 2 or above.

The beds are wore out very uncomfortable

We appreciated the laid back family atmosphere. The queen suite room was as anticipated. The pool area was a hit and appropriate for a variety of ages. We plan to stay here again.
