Courtyard Marriott Knox Airport

The room was nice but when I went to get a blanket out of the closet it was wadded in the plastic bag which is fine but I placed it on the bed and it obviously had not been laundered by the unmentionable contents that fell out of the blanket. In the morning I came down to mention it to the front desk who was very pleasant and offered a complimentary breakfast. Very nice but we have been sitting now for 45 mins for the breakfast and there are very few people in the dining room. They brought us someone else’s breakfast first and then gave away our breakfast to go to someone else and then they came out to ask us what we ordered. We waited for a pleasant hour. They were very sorry and gave us 5000 points and some drinks. It was a very unusual experience for Marriott.

Excellent stay. The hotel is older but recently renovated and is extremely close to the airport. The rooms are large and practically soundproof which makes for a great night’s rest in the comfortable beds.

This courtyard is AMAZING!!! Sarah checked me and my family in and she was super polite and patient ! The rooms for me and my family were very clean and comfortable! I’d stay here again and recommend all my friends and family to stay here ! Thank you Sarah and team .
