DO NOT STAY HERE. I had booked a two night stay, well aware that it wasn’t going to be a 5 star hotel. What I didn’t expect however was the atrocious smell lingering throughout the hotel, no door knob on the bathroom door, a sink that was broken, water that took so long to even get warm that I had gotten redressed to go to the desk to tell them our hot water was out, a back door that led directly to the second floor rooms propped open well past midnight until I shut it, and oh can’t forget about the ants that we found crawling on us when we went to bed. Not to mention rude hotel staff that wouldn’t supply me with a second sheet after I complained of being cold, nor would work with us when we decided to check out early after one horrid night of stay. I wasn’t asked why we were checking out early, wasn’t offered a room switch instead, and absolutely no refund. Save your time and money. Do not stay here!!!

Bullied out of our room 2 days early. When we asked for a receipt to prove our stay had been paid for we were told the system is down and we were given 15 mins to get all of our stuff and be off the property or we'd face consequences of dealing with the east ridge police dept. We were already facing a desperate situation with 2 young children and this made our situation a whole lot worse. I will and highly recommend to avoid this heartless, dishonest, trashy way of doing business, crooked establishment ...

Pros: Location was close to highway, so its a best location for a overnight drive stay Cons: Hotel room was old, the balcony door was left open when I checked in. Water in bath tub was not draining at all. Rusted locks etc. Microwave stopped working. Big Old TV
