Country Suites By Carlson - Chattanooga at Hamilton Place Mall

The property was dingy and the room was mediocre. The person at the desk barely spoke to us when we checked in and checked out (we left early and did not spend a second night). At breakfast, a man came down with no shirt on and proceeded to eat at severaldifferent tables. He was never cautioned to go back to his room for proper attire.

Excellent experience! I just had knee replacement and reserved a handicap room. Close to the front door spacious room even a shower chair. The indoor pool was just what I needed. The staff was very friendly and room was thoroughly clean. Better location and value for visit to the aquarium than downtown.

The room smelt, sheet had stains and the couch, floor was scratched up, light switch didn’t work. Floor trim incomplete showed damage
