FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES CHATTAN

For a night it was not horrible but definitely would not stay here again. The rooms and bathrooms were the smallest I've seen. Beds were comfortable but overall the room was not cleaned properly. Not just dust but actual trash left in the room. The shower could use a good cleaning. The wall beside the sink had something that had been spilt and ran down and just left. Under the sink is open and it was nasty. On the plus side the breakfast was good. Standard hotel food but everything was hot and that area did seem clean. For the amount of places to stay within a half mile radius this is just not it.

Booked a room on line for a business trip. This hotel is in dire need of room renovations. The furniture is very dark and very worn. To keep the room dark and depressing for the customer, the carpet is dark blue. You know, because dark brown and dark blue go together. The breakfast was only okay with very few fresh options as compared with other Fairfield properties so I went across the street to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. On the positive side, the bed was very comfy and the cost was under a hundred bucks a night. Still, I won't stay there again until the rooms are renovated.

I am a Marriott Bonvoy member so it is hard to say I was disappointed in this location. It seems to be an older hotel and the cleanliness was definitely lacking…there was a lot of dust! I just slept one night but if I l was in Chattanooga longer, I would have left. It is good location near restaurants and the interstate but I probably would not stay here again.
