HAMPTON INN CHATTANOOGA DOWNTOWN

First and foremost the lady working the desk at 3pm on the 28th of June was absolutely phenomenal and because of her we will be back. Some issues worth noting : the fact that the room we wanted wasnt available online but was available.. 2nd the refrigerator in our room went out and we had to swap for a different one. 3rd : we went in the pool and the air vents actually sucked my husband's arm in and left a bruise. And last the bathroom light was hanging out of the wall. It was our anniversary and we really wanted an amazing adventure but with these issues we couldn't get the experience we wanted. I would love a manager to reach out and make this right as we spent a lot more then we wanted just for us to leave with bruises and a little disheartened. We want to come back so please make this right.

We stayed one night. The receptionist was very kind and the hotel seamed very clean on the first floor. We stayed on the third floor. The only complaint we have is that the vending machine only takes cards and you have to make a separate transaction per items you get, so it caused my card to lock down for fraud. The third floor also smelt like wet dog. It could be from the cleaning supplies they use because they do allow pets on the first floor only.

The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was fairly quiet considering the close proximity to the interstate. We will definitely stay here again in the future!
