Quality Inn Chattanooga

We booked a room online and drove all the way there only to be told our room wasn't clean at 8pm. To begin with we were told we could not cancel. So we were being told that we couldn't have our room or the money back. Eventually we were allowed to cancel after a lot of back and forth. Glad they didn't have a room because the place was terrible. People on drugs all over the property, loitering and looking paranoid. Walking putbulls around on the sidewalk, and looking into vehichles. Appeared to have street workers looking for clients if you catch my drift. Very very uncomfortable when we brought our children to stay. This was still daylight being a summer evening. Could not believe how bad it was with so many good reviews. As of right now, we still have not recieved a refund.

This is the worst motel ever. Filthy, no towels, broken tv, broken a/c, junkies running up and down the halls banging on doors. I would have left but I was scared to leave my room after seeing a van dealing drugs parked next to my car. I can’t believe this hotel’s state lodging license hasn’t been revoked. Not even the most basic standards are met. Never stay here for any reason.

I generally don’t expect luxury when staying at budget motels, but this place was beyond disappointing — it was not safe and unacceptable. Major issues: • The rooms and hallways reeked of urine and cigarette smoke, despite it supposedly being a non-smoking floor. • There were drunk guests shouting and arguing late into the night in the corridors — it was incredibly loud and made me feel unsafe. Not at all family friendly. • The room was poorly maintained: the sofa had visible wear and tear, the intercom/phone didn’t work, • No towels are provided for a surprise • The overall cleanliness was extremely poor. I didn’t feel comfortable touching most surfaces. The only positives: • The location is convenient, close to the airport and highways. • The front desk staff was polite during check-in. I wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone. There are better budget-friendly options in the area that don’t come with this level of discomfort and disturbance. I didnt take any photos as I dont give any reviews online. This poor maintenance and unsafe feel made me write my first review.
