Hotel was easy to reach, right off interstate. Gas station and restaurants close by. Cracker Barrel and Logans, also a Waffle House next door. Easy parking. Inexpensive, but close to other major hotel.chains. room was clean, with small frig and microwave. Elevator. Good TV. Great bed!

The room was perfect for a stopover night. Room was clean and bed linens were tight. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. The staff was polite. I felt safe in the area. There were several choices of places to eat nearby. I would stay again.

In have pictures that say more than a thousand words could ever say. First of all, the price was good, but I can't do this ever again here or any Super 8 unless I know that it has changed. I knew I should have booked it, instead of my wife. Location is a great location as well. I also know that I usually stay in a Luxury Hotel, however we just needed one night stay before we got to the Chattanooga Choo Choo, where we stayed in a Train Car and it had it's living room. I know that it was 4.5 times more expensive than your room and I did not expect the amenities that I am accustomed too as well. However there are simple things that should not seem fraudulent and squalid. For example: We got in around 9pm Friday night. We checked in and went to Cracker Barrel 2 doors down. Came back and I realized that I forgot my Distilled Water for my C-Pap Machine, so I can breathe. So, I was going to get a Regular Purified Water from the Coca-Cola Machine. That's when I found out that the Vending Machine works for Soft Drinks, but the one with the Water had an "Out of Service" on it, just that one. So, I asked the night manager Raj, if they had water. Hey said, "Yes", but it was $4.00, to which I said, "Great, I'll take 2". Here's the catch, he couldn't put it on my room, nor on a credit card, ONLY CASH, 🤔 humm. He told me that his manager told him, ONLY CASH. I did't have any cash on me that night. I told Raj my dilemma, and he was kind enough to give me 1 of two of his personal bottles of water for my CPAP. I smelled marijuana in the hall when I went back to my room, not your fault or the hotel's, I'm just saying. Then there was a loud-mouth woman and sons in the hall way yelling all through the night. My wife did enjoy the swimming pool at 8am the next morning, which is crazy to me , but to each their own. I like Hot-tubs. Then... (oh my gosh)... the breakfast area was atrocious, beyond anything I have seen in a public dining area. The trash can was over flowing, stuff spilt all over the counters, debris all over the floor, No one cared to check on this area once it was set up, you could tell, that the help and management don't care about how it looks on them. I have pictures for evidence. I am an owner in the service industry as well. So, the take away, is that the room was ok, Raj was good, but I would look at the rest, from the top down. The orange and apple juices were great, but the coffee was terrible. No eggs or meat, just waffles two cereals, yogurt (which was ok). We are Wyndham Reward members is why she booked it, but they don't hold to your standards. We are not looking for nothing, but if it was mine business, I would do some house cleaning or remove your name from this location. There's two huge problems and no one is doing their job by doing a surprise check on them. One; no bottle water, without paying Cash?! Two; old is one thing filth is another.
