I had got a room on the 10th for 3 days complained about the ac not working and asked for a new room instead of providing one owner claimed my room smelt of smoke and kicked me out with no refund

The rudest hotel/motel staff I've ever experienced. Never again. I'll be spending a little more in the future to avoid all Rodeway Inns. Nobody should have to tolerate this place's front desk.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Highly recommend not staying here. My husband travels for work and we booked this hotel for a week. His room is infested with cockroaches. He told the front desk but they said no refunds, not even a partial refund. They offered to switch him rooms but with how many roaches that were in the first room, the whole hotel has to be infested. The room is very outdated and clearly needs cleaned. I'd definitely avoid this place.
