GUESTHOUSE INN GALLATIN

We drove about 6 hours to get here and we heard the pool is open but it’s not and the bed rooms looked nice but ended up smelling like cigarettes and was a strong smell. We ended up not staying the night because of bad quality

Pulled back bed spread, bed bugs, blood stains and hair on sheet. Immediately called office and receptionist stated: I'm pretty sure the sheet was changed today.. This is a rent by hour type hotel. Terrible, terrible place. Expedia tried calling to verify cancelation and office wouldn't pick up phone.

Stayed here for a fishing tournament on Old Hickory Lake. They told me the place was just updated and so I booked my stay. When I walked in my room I was disgusted. Spiderwebs, excessive dust, holes in the walls, shower in bath was falling apart, Brown stuff wiped on the wall next to the toilet, boogers on the wall in front of the toilet. The HVAC wall unit was clogged with dust from drywall when they actually did have some work done on the room.I did a review with pictures to the corporate office and never heard a word from them. They should not allow a facility like this to be open.
