FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES GATLINBURG NORTH

The wife and I visited the Appy Lodge for her birthday weekend. Great choice of location! The Appy Lodge staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was very clean, the room spacious and well accommodated. As far as cost, it was comparable to the surrounding chain hotels, but definitely more charm and a laid back atmosphere. Unfortunately, the elevator was down during the duration of our stay. But that, as they say, is how things sometimes go. We highly recommend The Appy Lodge and hope to return soon. ;))

Clean, cozy, and trail-themed rooms. Perfect location next to the trolley with great fire pits for hanging out. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making our group trip memorable!

The Lodge is very nice looking pool and fireplaces are very nice , however elevator does not work and you are not notified until check in. Handicap as was told that there is nothing they could do. Was notified by Maintenance that the elevator was broke for 2 weeks and would be several more weeks before getting fixed. Housekeeping does nothing other than empty garbage. Told to check back daily after 11am to see if anything opens on first floor when asked if I could call to check due to being on vacation they said had to be in person. Was offered 10% off at check out when I complained . I would advise everyone to cancel your reservation and go to one of the many other Beautiful hotels in area that help disabled customers
