Owned by Choice Hotels.
I booked a night at Quality Inn and Suburban Hotel the same night by accident.
Quality Inn sent me a reminder e-mail 3 days before my reservation (GREAT JOB)
I never heard from Suburban Hotel. Tried to check their website and could not check to see if I had any reservations without a reservation number. Well Suburban Hotel charged my Choice hotel credit card for a night that I never stayed there. I called them for a refund, they said NO. I will now cancel my Choice Hotel credit card since they are the same company.

This was an awful experience. We checked in and went to our room the toilet was broken, shower rod was broken, there were two pillows for a king sized bed, no comforter and the room smelled of dank mildew. People live at this property instead of vacation here. Go to the next exit in Mt. Juliet if you are coming off of a road trip and looking for a place to stay.

Absolutely 100% would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Not only are the rooms very dated, but there were handles missing on the cabinets and dresser, the walls and floors had cracks, my entire AC/heating unit broke while it was 20 degrees outside. The housekeepers blast their music in the halls while cleaning the rooms, making it hard for people who work nights to sleep. The walls are so thin that you hear everyone’s conversations. I sneezed and my next door neighbor yelled “bless you.” Don’t even get me started on the bugs. Roaches galore. So many, in fact, that I started naming them. (This was ultimately my last straw.) I found them in the hallway, in the elevator, in the laundry room, I even found one crawling across my kitchen counter. There’s absolutely no counter space to prep meals, no bathtub, and only one entrance into the building. They also have lockdown hours where you have to have your key to get in and the office is closed. So if you forget your key or lose it somewhere and it’s past a certain time, you have to pay a fee to have someone come open the door for you. Very unsafe if you’re being dropped off and it’s late, also very unsafe to not have 24/7 front desk service. The worst part of all is that I had my items stolen. I chose to check out early and stay elsewhere but since I was on a week to week payment plan, my week had already been paid for. I moved all of my stuff into a new location, except for my food as I did not want to have it sitting in the car while moving. I told the lady at the desk to make sure no one cleaned my room out since I had already paid for the day and wasn’t checking out until the evening. She ensured me that no one would bother with my stuff. I came back to get my groceries and found that my whole room had been cleaned and flipped for the next tenant. (Again, I had already paid for that day so I wasn’t technically required to check out until the next morning.) All of my groceries were gone, the majority of which had not even been opened yet. I confronted the front desk staff and was told there was nothing they could do for me. Overall, I would never stay here again and would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Sara at the front desk was so sweet and absolutely fantastic, but everything else was a solid 0/10. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
