Comfort Inn Kimball

This is a first! If I could give a negative 5 on Yelp I would. My wife and I are traveling through for a wedding. Hot in at 1AM last night. Used my Hilton Honors points to stay at this property. Was happy to get some rest on our way back home. Phone in room rings at 6:59 AM. Unfriendly, arrogant, entitled and apparently untrained young man tells me our car is parked in front where check in occurs. I sad really. Didn’t know that it was late when we arrived. The asked if anyone was checking in at 6:59AM. He replied you need to move your car. Been a Hilton member and corporate traveller for over 30 years. Goodbye forever Hilton! Date of stay was 8/29. Day of departure forever from this brand was 8/30.

Grand opening was going on as I checked in. Crowded and disjointed lobby. Confusing on going to room. Wierd stairways to get to lobby and ice machine. Expected better of a Hilton property, cheaply done. Won’t be staying at Spark again! Only saving grace was night clerk friendly and helpful.

Wow, what a gem hotel to find on our road trip! Budget friendly, Clean, friendly staff, comfy bed, smelled great and the breakfast was tasty! Must stop if you’re looking for a hotel around Chattanooga We met Jimmy at breakfast (I believe his name is) such a nice gentleman, passionate about his job. Operator error trying to turn the fan/ac on in the room, can’t press 1 button then thinking it’s broke bc it’s not on! 😊
