KNIGHTS INN KINGSTON TN

Beautiful hotel me and my wife i've been living here for over 7 months.And owners are amazing.They didn't go over and above to be able to help us with love like view is pretty and they just did a complete remodel and are going over and beyond to make sure ever is happy absolutely love and love the owner I would 100% recommend anybody who ask me if its a safe place to live and If I did get kick of the new house I 100% be coming straight back to lakeview inn over inn kingston tn is a wonderful environment and family the over the top

I want to forewarn everyone about this hotel. The man that runs the place is a slum Lord and ruid as hell. We walked in the door, first thing we saw was a family of roaches running across the floor, our blanket on the top of the bed was nasty and dirty, the towels in the bathroom looked like they hadn't been washed. Asked for more and he said that I was the one that dirtied them and told me no. I asked to have our sheets and stuff changed. Mind you we were here for over a month and paid almost $1700 and we were nice about asking and he said no. Paid for a week and I told him I wanted my money back and he said no. Everything on the room was dirty, pillowcases were stained with what looked like sweat stains, bathtub was gross and had a trickle of water coming out of it. T.V. stopped working also and asked and he said there was nothing he could do. Oh and the supposed cleaning lady never once came and cleaned our room or asked if she could. Lazy, smart*"$, rude and just an $#&hole all around. I would completely stay away from this hotel or roach motel if I was you or you and your family. Also this prick calls the phone in your room at 9:45-10:00 and says that checkout is at 11:00? Thought you had to ask to get a wake up call.... Not here. Avoid this hotel like the plaque people. Im sure there are hundreds of bad reviews on them and there will be more to come. Save your money and go elsewhere. Sorry about the long rant but Im done now. Have a good day.

I booked a room here for a week, this place is disgusting, dirt, bugs, absolutely no service of any kind, the beds dont get made, the trash cans are not emptied, you get 2 towels and a washcloth and thats it, your not getting any more. There is no free breakfast of any kind, the whole parking lot reeks of urine. The lakeview is a glimpse of water across a 4 lane highway. It was so bad I left 2 days early, I didnt ask for a refund but when i left there was no one in the office so i left the key in the drop, the owner knew I was leaving, when i came back for my 10 dollar key deposit, he wouldnt give it back, what a dirt bag, stay away from this place at all costs, there are better rooms for same price in kingston and harriman
