This place is a criminal organization first ask for smoking the room door wouldn't open so the man puts me in a non-smoking and I have to smoke outside the second night I stay I asked for smoking room he says okay get there smoke TV doesn't work there's no bath plug there's a hair on my pillow and there's cockroaches crawling up the wall so I smoke and then whenever I ask for my deposit back he laughs at me and tells me I'm a liar about my grandmother's funeral that I was attending

We had a very nice and restful stay over the weekend. Harry is excellent at what he does and takes outstanding care of the people staying at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Great place for visiting the east Tennessee area.

worst experience, upon arriving found lobby locked down permantly, had to go to a little window and ring a buzzer and wait over 5 minutes for someone to show up, should have left right then, room was filthy, especially around sink, hairs and dirty, woke up next morning to no coffee maker in room, go to office, no coffee, breakfast, or help around again, had to leave and go down street to get coffee for us and come back
