Room was horrible bathtub had black mold basin sink as well air conditioner filter was very dirty mattress was springy and lumpy when I asked the clerk to switch rooms she refused I didn't even take a shower or use the sink that's how bad it was ii called the health department i wouldn't recommend this motel rude clerk horrible room

Hadn’t even spent 1 hour in the room because of visiting stores around after checking in. We (husband, daughter & me) got settled in & noted black specks on the sheets. We took our phone cameras & zoomed in on them snapping pictures. These black specks had legs, bed bugs. We had already killed 2 roaches. We went to the office to get our money back. RICHA didn’t want to give it back at least not all of it. She thought we used the room for something else hanky panky. Not with our daughter with us. Worst place I have ever stayed at for cleanliness!! We showed her the bugs from our phones and went to the room and showed her. She said they weren’t bugs cause she had great people cleaning the rooms. Bull crap. She kept telling me to quit causing drama. That was on her. Not me. If you go to this motel please check for these bugs before you bring your stuff in. They were all over the beds.

Booked a room this evening. We were almost able to look past the black mold and police presence, but the blood on the chair was too much. We left and called to ask for a refund. The man working accused me of lying— like trying to find another hotel at 12:30 in the morning is somehow fun for me. This is unacceptable.
