DAYS INN ALCOA KNOXVILLE AIRPORT

Can even believe this happened. Booked two rooms in a hurry as a death in the family happened. First room 208 mattress slashed open, cockroaches ran as soon as door opened. Next room 216 has a leak, next room 227 I think was shot at windows with big Crack so many roaches under counter microwave sitting on the floor. So scary. Wanted to cancel and money refunded...still waiting DO NOT GO THERE

As soon as we pulled into the parking lot there were several druggies shooting up heroine outside the front office, we walked inside and it was filthy and reeked of urine, two teenage kids walked out of a room that said “staff only”wearing only underwear, they appeared to be strung out on something. The extremely rude receptionist refused to check us in because my brother is under 21 even though I explained to her that I’m his legal guardian. At this point it was close to midnight and we had just driven 10 hours, we go to the Waffle House across the street to sort things out and find somewhere to sleep. As we were sitting there 10-15 police cars pulled up with guns drawn they raid the hotel. Crazy story, terrible experience.

the room smelled awful living room lights didn't work, fan cover missing in the bathroom didn't work. cops showed up at 2;30 am searching for someone people outside the room talking all night. I left the next morning
