Best Western West Memphis Inn

The water ran a really strong dirty brown colour definitely wouldn’t drink it we didn’t even shower in it!! Dirty property, felt unsafe. Bed had a huge dip in the middle and was uncomfy. I would rather pay the price to stay in the city next time. Staff were nice but did not compensate for the awful room and facilities. It was also hard to get an Uber which I had read previously.

Walked into a dirty sock on the floor. Bed frame sticks out 5 inches banged my ankles. The floors are really dirty. Car window got smashed in 30 minutes into getting here and cops said to stay away from this place. Cheap everything and would definitely not recommend.

Despite the “do not disturb” sign being on the door, the maids beat on my door all morning well before check out time. Then the front desk called me at 10:40 am and said it was check out time. I said it’s not 11 am and they said yes it was. Five minutes later, they called again. Five minutes after that, again. Learn some manners. The hotel industry already flipped us from noon checkouts to 11 am checkouts. I didn’t check in until after 2 am and needed rest. Find somewhere else to stay. They’re rude and kept me up all morning.
