The ceiling on our bathroom was putting water into the room and the hotel would not put us in a new room… they said to put a towel on the floor

8/10 shower Wall looks clean Until you see Closer its not Double BS too Small & hard Good pillows 2 tvs, good A/C too Breakfast until 9 was already close when i came out of the room Plugs yo charge the phone everywherere 9/10 Almost Perfect

It's ok as long as you don't have any issues I checked in just after midnight, the room temp was 89 degrees.. I turned on the AC but after an hour it only dropped 2 degrees. I called the front desk for another room, but they were at capacity and offered to check my thermostat, but there was nothing else they could do. I tried to get a refund, but they refused because they didn't see this as a problem. So I just had to try to sleep in the almost 90 degree room. I still don't understand why this process had to be that difficult.
