Courtyard Memphis Southhaven

We arrived on Wednesday night, June 10, 2026. Our room has not been cleaned since we arrived. This is our third night. We have had to go to the desk the last two days to get linens, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash. The toilet was not working when we arrived on Wednesday night. Maintenance came the next morning and left a plunger with my husband. Maintenance said he didn’t have time to fix the toilet. My husband fixed the toilet. The maintenance man did come back 30 minutes later to retrieve his plunger. There was no body wash downstairs. We just took the shampoo.

3 night, 4 day stay from August 30 - September 2. No maid service or even room refresh despite multiple requests to front desk and being assured we would get one. This hotel does not care, you are on your own. Completely unacceptable. Find another property.
