Holiday Inn Express Memphis Airport Area

There was a horrible mildew smell to the room it smelt so horrible your not able to take a shower the room was cold tried turning on the heater and it set the fire alarm off I wouldn’t recommend staying here

Very clean! Very safe, security gate for guests’ cars. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I give it 4 because they only have those very small overstuffed pillows instead of regular pillows, and we couldn’t get the a/c to adequately cool the room. Bathroom was very clean. Will definitely stay here again! Hot breakfast, cereal, pancakes etc.

Although this hotel room was comfortable, it was not the cleanest. The main problem I had is when I got home I realized that I had left my quilted jewelry holder and all my jewelry in the room. I called that night and spoke with the front desk. The man told me I would have to call back in the morning. I called back in the morning and spoke with another front desk person who told me to call back in 15 minutes so he could talk to the person who cleaned our room. I called back and spoke to yet another person who told me the front desk person had left. I went over the the whole thing again and this person was no help either. At this point I was so frustrated that no one had even talked to the person who cleaned the room that I asked to speak to a manager. Of course, the manager was not there and they told me to call back AGAIN! This time I told them to call me and left my number. Of course I have not heard back from them. I will never stay at another COMFORT INN.
