Homewood Suites by Hilton Southwind - Hacks

Checked out within 2 hrs of being there, which I have NEVER done in my life. Dirty, smelled, looked nothing like the pictures on the website. No hot water in our room, and when I went to the front desk the ask about it, she told me to let it run for 10 minutes to get hot. What?? That’s more than a whole shower! The sofa bed was disgusting when my son pulled it out. Only plus was they gave me a full refund. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to Holiday Inn Express

really quite terrible. stayed with my family of 5 and my brother was going to sleep on the pull out couch bed but we discovered it was covered in stains. there was a hole in the wall, outlet and switch covers coming off the walls, furniture chipped, carpets fraying, door jambs cracking, wallpaper peeling. there were even stains on the walls of God knows what. hallways are 20-30° warmer than the rooms and smell like body odor and feces. water takes 10 minutes to heat up for showering.
