Hyatt Place Primacy Parkway

Hotel looks like photos online except totally run down. The lamps and drawer handles are rusty, every piece of furniture is decaying, chairs have holes, mattresses are probably original. We had to change rooms because the first one had black mold, but the whole place smells of weed and mold. The only positive was the pool was clean-however, there were false eyelashes and cigarette butts all over the pool deck.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much from the Indianapolis family. We'll be sure to come back again.

Do not recommend this property. Breakfast was horrible. Had a piece of plastic in my oatmeal. I guess it was bring your kid to work, because there was an employees kid curled up in a blanket. At breakfast, the front desk person went and got her breakfast and was sitting at the bar.
