Motel 6 Memphis, TN

This was the worst Motel 6 I have ever been to and i have been to quite a few. First, the front desk people seemed nice but it seems as if the area might have a crime issue because they had bulletproof glass covering the entire front desk but i looked past that because we were tired. However when i got to the room things really were bad. The floor was sticky and they did not have a single towel. The room did not have a telephone so i walked back to the front desk where the lady was only able to give me one washcloth and one bathtowel. She said they would not have anymore until the next day! The TV was bad and there was no wifi even though the lady said there was. If i look hard enough for good in this place i find the AC worked well and the hot water was somewhat adequate. But for the price, which is normal for a motel 6 in Memphis, this place is way overpriced for what you get. I would advise anyone to stay away.

The young lady and older lady at the counter were very rude! The rooms had no towels or wash clothes when asked only had 2 of each for the whole place, the pillow cases and linen were horrible, no refrigerator, soda machine or of order and on and on and on Steer clear!!

The place is convinient to downtown Memphis , about 10 min . But not a place u want to stay with family . Nothing to do around . Once you check in . Stay indoors . Next door gas station and an ihop nearby is good place for a bite .
