Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Nashville-I-40 East

I had 2 rooms reserved for my family. One of the rooms had bed bugs in it. My family had to find another room for the night in a different hotel as Country Inn did not have another room available. Country Inn needs to credit my account for for the room.

Room and bathroom were dirty, with dirt streaks on the walls. Walls were not repaired correctly, outlets didn't work. The pool was completely disgusting so we couldn't even use it

Good location. Room was clean, breakfast was awesome.,staff very alert and professional. Pool, fitness center, and free coffee, water and lemonade near desk .
