DAYS INN DOWNTOWN-NASHVILLE WEST TRINITY LANE

We reserved online from the pictures on hotels.com and the reality was not the same!! We ask for a non-smoker room and arrived at the door after check-in and the door was already open in front of the parking. A cigar smell came out of the room and it was so dirty we decided to NOT stay at all cost!! We talked to front desk but nothing was acceptable for them about refund or another room!! We leave the hotel minus 250$ (US) in our pocket!!! Look at pictures!!! 😱😱

We booked this place because of location and price but it was filthy. Live crawling bugs under the mattress They gave us a can of bug spray and I never saw a mop and water or vacuum cleaner being used

Don’t go here. It’s more or less a crack motel!!! You had to check in through a glass window from the outside. The first room was flooded. Everything had stains on it. It’s in a horrible area. Extremely unsafe! We left after ten minutes.
