Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Mount Juliet - Nashville Area

Our room had no AC, smelled like a boys gym locker room, hot, wet and dank. There was a growth of BLACK MOLD in the bathroom the size of a golf ball. Gross!! I've called the hotel several times in the last week and nobody will get on the phone to explain what happened.

Gotta watch them .. Booked thru 3 party . Paid amount the due then this holiday inn was trying to charge my card more because they said 3rd party didn't pay them enough ... You guys and third party agreed on a price it's not my problem . Sent them to BBB for fraud . Buyer beware
